Gary Klinka was appointed to the position of Building Inspector on April 19, 2004. Prior to this, he served as an independent building inspection service for the Village or Winneconne and the Towns of Neenah, Harrison and Winneconne in east central Wisconsin from 1996 to 2004. During the 2001 & 2002 building seasons, Mr. Klinka and his staff issued permits for more than 750 new homes.
Gary Klinka is an active member of the of Northeastern Wisconsin Building Inspectors Association, East Central Wisconsin Association of Electrical Inspectors, and the East Central Wisconsin Plumbing Inspectors Association.
