UPDATE: Village-wide brush/branch collection continues!

Please do NOT call Public Works to schedule brush/branch collection. Until further notice, it is not necessary to schedule yard waste collection. Crews will continue village-wide pickup daily until the entire village is cleaned up. Residents should place branches and brush parallel to the curb with the cut ends all together on one side and not overlap brush piles with branches. Curbside collection is expected to take several weeks, and your patience is appreciated. As a reminder, residents may also bring their branches and brush to the yard waste site at the Public Works Facility, located at 1336 Cornell Road. The facility is open 24/7 for yard waste drop-off.

Special garbage collection is not impacted and will continue to be picked up on Tuesdays for those who request it. To reduce calls to the Public Works Department, please use the online form to schedule special pickup. Your request will automatically be added to the work list, and you'll receive an email confirmation that it was received. Requests must be received by noon on Monday to be included on the Tuesday work list. ** Please note: We cannot pick up shingles or siding. Those items must be taken to the Brown County Landfill, located at 3734 W. Mason St. in Hobart
