PARKING

1. CHECKS ​
​Make check payable to the Village of Howard, include parking ticket number on the check, and mail to: Village of Howard, 2456 Glendale Ave. Green Bay, WI 54313 ​

You may also drop off payment at the Village Office in the outside drop box. Do not pay in cash if using the drop box. ​

​​2. CASH ​
​​Cash is accepted at the Village Office, 2456 Glendale Avenue, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. Small bills with exact amount preferred. ​ ​ ​​

3. CREDIT ​ ​
​Credit card transactions are also accepted at the Village Office, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30P.M., Monday through Friday.​ ​ ​​

4. ONLINE ​
​There is a small fee for credit or debit cards based on the amount paid. Call 1-888-604-7888 or www.govpaynow.com.  Please note there is a nonrefundable 4.75% fee for service that will be added to the amount of fees due if paid by phone, and a nonrefundable 3.5% fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due if paid online. The court receives no part of that fee. It may take up to one week for the payment to credit to your account. ​ ​

​You will need the following information: parking ticket number, amount owed, and pay location code: a001fh. ​ ​
