Mission


The Administrative Services Department strives to provide accurate financial records and clerk/treasurer functions for the village. Fiscal integrity of village records is maintained by adequate controls and timely reporting. Maintaining accurate assessment roll information and management of central computer processing systems are also functions of this department.

Responsibility


The Administrative Services Department provides a number of services to both Village of Howard employees and Howard residents. The Department is responsible for organizing the annual budget, accounts payable and receivable, election services, licensing, utility billing, and many other public services, in addition to employee payroll and human resources duties.
